Katie and I took a drive this morning to take some pictures of the beautiful icy trees. They were even more beautiful than we were able to capure. Katie took many of the pictures...I think she has an eye for photography- don't you?

Those are great photos! It is true though, you never seem to be able to capture the beauty that you are seeing completely when you photograph it. I think that many times when we are out in the wilderness. We have some pictures of icy trees from when we were back in North Dakota on our last trip many years ago.
