Soccer, soccer, and more soccer...

Last weekend was filled with soccer. We watched 8 matches in less than 40 hours. Here are the results:

Madison: won 4-0

Ellie: won 4-0, lost 1-0, lost 3-2

Katie: tied 1-1, lost 3-0, won 4-0, won 3-0

After a hard fought final that was scoreless after regulation and two 5 minute overtimes, Katie's team won their first tournament championship in a kick off!! GO TEAM!! She is playing for a new team this year and really enjoying it. She has a very strong kick with both her left and right legs, plays defender, and gets to take most of the corner and penalty kicks for her team. Katie is pictured here kicking the ball.
